MOVE YOUR BODY FOR YOUR MIND
I believe that we should strive to move our bodies, regardless of what form they come in, everyday for the benefit of our mental health. I also believe that movement does not have to look like a 5k run or a 45 minute spin class (although, to each their own). Most importantly, I believe that women should be represented fairly and empowered in the fitness - not just the wellness - industry.
